My Unique Voice

I don’t want to change your life, I want to change your mind.

Why I’m Here

My mission is to shine light on your ability to create great change in life. Through my own experience and education, I have learned valuable lessons that have shaped my philosophy.

Us humans are complicated, interconnected, sentient beings, which means we can experience life in the most meaningful way if we choose to. Our brains are incredibly flexible yet fragile systems that shape our view of the world; and where we construct our foundations and build our walls.

That we ultimately live as stewards to the other lifeforms on this planet, and if our role lifts or restores another being, then we become architects of a stronger foundation, our legacies alive and etched in energy.

Why You’re Here

The same old rhetoric doesn’t make sense anymore. You know you have more power over your life than you give yourself credit for, and you know you are quite capable.

Constructing your life is so much more than the power of positive thinking and relates directly to the freedom in a humble and compassionate identity.

On these pages you’ll find my blog, where I talk about my sobriety and my path through recovery. You’ll find eBooks that empower you to create change.

If you’re a publication looking for essays or blog posts from another point of view, you just found it.

My Strength

I have been writing short stories and poetry since grade school and journaling for decades.

Today I pen narratives about life and living and how to take control of our fates and futures. My own sobriety and recovery affirm that we all have the capacity to enable significant change. When writing, I strive to develop a relationship between word and reader; to empower through knowledge of how the body/mind work, and the role we all play in our own wellness.

Diana, this is a really informative piece of writing! I think a lot of people will benefit from your advice here.

Overall, a really solid piece. Informative and clear content and structure. Well done.
